We have taken a systems approach to the construction of our programme by making sure that we not only focus on the child, but that the world around him/her is also challenged to transform.

Whilst we understand that the education system is accountable for the academic development of a child, the dreambuilders institute appreciates how the attitude of a child often determines the real outcomes in life. Our process aims at preparing attitudinally mature youth.

Our professionally crafted three phase process has been thoroughly  tested and is currently being received by thousands of youth. South Africa finds itself confronted with cognitively capable learners who are emotionally bankrupt. They
can in most cases achieve the basics of reading and writing, adding and subtracting but are not able to clearly articulate and demonstrate the difference between right and wrong.

They can complete an exam that determines grades for passing from one academic year to another but are without purpose, vision, and the values necessary for effective functioning in the world at large.

Simply stated, we are concerned that unless we shift the locus of control
from the outside to the inside we will continue to see a generation of youth
leaving school hopeless, directionless, and without the attitude necessary to seek out successful outcomes for themselves, their families and the world around them.
